INTRO STAR
This program is designed for skaters who have passed CanSkate Stage 4 and would like to continue to develop their figure skating skills. Skaters will be introduced to skating skills, free skate and dance in a progressive and sequential manner. As skaters master skills in each area, they will have the opportunity to take assessments and/or enter events. Skaters will be taught in small groups (10 skaters or less) by a Skate Canada NCCP coach in a fun and positive environment
It is recommended that skaters who choose Intro-Star sign up for our off-ice program “Jump and Spin Club” where we will focus on training specific figure skating techniques for figure skaters.
